Broseph butter

Yea, this is going to be a hit! Cashews, maple syrup, honey, and dark choc chips.

Broseph Butter....

A possible new flavor will be added to the mix, "Broseph butter" named after my brother of course. He seems to like the sounds of Cashews, caramel(which will be maple syrup/honey blend) and dark chocolate chips. Sounds pretty tasty, I'll let you know. :)

Team ride follow up by some Taomas

Great ride down to Lake Lure and up the watershed into Saluda. 

Ride this morning was lovely with Yellows that were amazing, followed it with a warm bull of rice and Protein Power nut butter. 

Why Taomas uses glass jars...

I chose to use a glass jars as opposed to a plastic jar to prevent BPA and other xenoestrogens (well documented hormone disruptors) from leeching into the product. Nut butters packaged in soft plastic or normal BPA free jars still cause leeching due to the high fat content of the product and the temperature changes the products experience during shipping. Thus Taomas just wouldn't be so Gourmet tasting. ;)
