Nut butters and Fudge butters made "Super" with the addition of more Healthy Fats in Chia, Ghee, and Coconut.

Pisgah Trail AM run
Run this morning followed up with some "Broseph" butter (cashews, honey, maple syrup, and some dark choc chips) straight into my bowl of rice. Awesome!
